In 2020, some friends and I started a virtual group for all types of creatives to connect and collaborate. It morphed into a creative writing group that has lasted 3 years, where we take an hour each week to create a fictional piece of work off of a few word prompts. Here are some of those creations.

Do you want sushi tonight? I suppose sushi would be better in Japan, but we aren’t in Japan right now.

I always have anxiety when I travel. Even though I usually go to islands where I sit on the beach and stare at the ocean. I should be serene, not about to spiral.

I went to brunch with a friend in Koreatown. It is not the most beautiful section of town but the assumption is at 11am on Sunday, God’s day; you are safe.
