2024 Best Tips for Packing Light
Introduction
If you are anything like me several years ago, you packed an obscene amount of clothes and accessories, most that you never used which made your suitcase unmanageable to carry around you dream vacation. Relatives made fun of me as a teenager for packing the house, until they needed something and realized I had it. With limited storage in airplanes as well as hefty baggage fees, it is advantageous to be a bit more mindful with what we are throwing in our suitcase.
If this sounds like you, take a few minutes to read the below post to start packing more efficiently than an airline pilot. I have included 5 packing tips for your next trip so you don’t break an arm or bank account from the baggage fees.
Conclusion
Once you have been efficiently packing for awhile, you won’t need to make as many lists or go through as many steps, it will just become second nature but giving yourself a good foundation is key. It is also key to remember that travel (unless for work) is a luxury and not a necessity. Like in life, not everything will go right so take things with a grain of salt and enjoy the ride.

"Travel isn't always pretty. It isn't always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that's OK. The journey changes you; it should change you. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind." Anthony Bourdain
